No not really, sorry. Spaun drums aren’t cheap but they are good. They will most likely be my next set, those or DW’s.

There’s a saying that fits most situations.
High quality and cheap? It’s impossible to have both. Quality products cost money. High grade metals, woods, finishes, etc. cost lots of money because of the raw materials, labor that it takes to design, mfg., and ensure a quality product and people have to mark it up to be able to stay in business. I think Noble Cooley sets are a decent deal, but I would have them clear coat the insides to make them project more and to get rid of harmonic frequencies that plaque most wood shell drums.
